District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced that the arraignment of Alonzo Gene McCowan (DOB 7/5/60) and Kimberly Ann Oglesby McCowan (DOB 11/6/63) was continued to Monday September 21, 2009, in courtroom 13 of the Ventura County Superior Court.
